A:Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver within Uganda.

B:Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

 

C:Delivery Time

 

  • Kampala: 1–2 business days
  • Upcountry areas: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.

D:Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For wholesale orders, delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly after purchase.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

 

We allow returns or exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The wrong size was delivered
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for their returning costs

💳 Refund Policy:

 

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered and a replacement is not available
  • The item is returned unused and approved by our team

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue.
  3. Once approved, the item must be returned.
  4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be made through:

  • Mobile Money
  • Bank transfer
  • Original payment method (if applicable)
